Ingredients
Scale
2 cups rolled oats blended into flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Blend oats into fine flour
3. Whisk eggs, applesauce, and honey
4. Mix in oat flour, cinnamon, and baking powder
5. Fill muffin liners evenly
6. Bake 18-22 minutes
7. Cool slightly before serving
