Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan.

2. Blend oats into fine oat flour.

3. Whisk eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.

4. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

5. Fold in chopped apples.

6. Spread into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
