These 3-ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups are chewy, nutty, and perfectly sweet! A quick healthy snack or dessert ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, and honey until combined.
2. Scoop mixture into lined muffin tin, pressing down to form cups.
3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
4. Remove from molds and enjoy.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 2 months.
Swap peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter for variations.
Optional: drizzle chocolate on top before chilling.
