These No-Bake Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Brownie Bars are creamy, chocolatey, and naturally sweetened. Made with oats and mini chocolate chips for an easy, protein-packed treat with no oven required.
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3. Add cocoa powder, rolled oats, and salt. Stir until fully combined and thick.
4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours (or freeze 30–45 minutes) until firm.
7. Lift from pan, slice into bars, and serve.
