Description
Creamy no-bake peanut butter and chocolate oat fudge bars layered with wholesome oats, silky peanut butter, and rich melted chocolate. Soft, chewy, and incredibly satisfying.
Ingredients
Oat base:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Peanut butter layer:
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Chocolate topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

2. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper
3. In a bowl mix oats, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt
4. Fold in mini chocolate chips
5. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan
6. In another bowl mix peanut butter layer ingredients until smooth
7. Spread peanut butter mixture evenly over oat layer
8. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil until smooth
9. Pour chocolate topping over bars and spread evenly
10. Chill for 1–2 hours until fully firm
11. Slice into squares and serve
