Description

Healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Muffin Bars are rich, creamy, naturally sweetened, and made without turning on the oven. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup almond flour

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon coconut oil


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Stir in oats, almond flour, and salt until combined.

4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.

5. Melt the chocolate chips with peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth.

6. Spread the chocolate evenly over the base.

7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before slicing into 12 bars.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for the best texture.

Chill completely before slicing.

Store refrigerated for one week or freeze for three months.
