Description

Chewy no-bake praline-style cookies made with butter, pecans, cranberries, and oats—rich, cozy, and ready fast.


Ingredients

Scale

Praline Cookie Base:

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix-Ins:

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup dried cranberries

2 cups rolled oats


Instructions

1. Line baking sheet with parchment.

2. Combine sugar, butter, cream, and salt in saucepan.

3. Bring to gentle boil and cook 2–3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

5. Add pecans, cranberries, and oats.

6. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment.

7. Let set 20–30 minutes until firm.

Notes

Stir constantly while boiling.

Do not overcook mixture.

Toast pecans for extra flavor.
