Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in the oats, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans until evenly mixed.
