Description

No-bake chocolate peanut butter squares with a crunchy base, made from simple pantry ingredients and set in the fridge for an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups crushed biscuits or cornflakes

½ cup peanut butter

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

½ cup chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

1. Line pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix crushed biscuits, peanut butter, and honey.

3. Press mixture firmly into pan.

4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.

5. Spread chocolate over base.

6. Chill 1–2 hours until set.

7. Slice and serve.

Notes

Press base firmly for clean slices.

Chill completely before cutting.

Store refrigerated for best texture.
