Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

1. Warm almond butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth, then stir in vanilla.
