These no bake chocolate chip cookie dough bars feature a rich, buttery cookie dough base topped with smooth chocolate ganache. Easy, indulgent, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough Base:
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heat-treated all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Line pan with parchment paper.
2. Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
3. Mix in milk and vanilla.
4. Add flour and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
5. Press dough into pan.
6. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips.
7. Stir until smooth and spread over base.
8. Chill until set and slice.

Chill completely before slicing.
