These No-Bake Caramel Pretzel Crack Bars are the perfect sweet and salty treat made with just 5 ingredients. A quick no-bake dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients
3 cups mini pretzels (slightly crushed)
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 ½ cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spread crushed pretzels on the bottom.
2. Warm peanut butter until smooth, then drizzle over pretzels.
3. Pour caramel sauce over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
4. Melt chocolate chips with butter or coconut oil until smooth, then spread over caramel.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then slice and enjoy.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with chopped nuts or sea salt before chilling.
Use gluten-free pretzels if needed.
Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
