Description

This easy protein cake is made with cottage cheese, banana, oats, and protein powder for a soft, satisfying treat. “Nature’s Botox” is a playful recipe nickname, not a medical or cosmetic claim.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 ripe banan
1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats
1/4 cup (25 g) vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup (50 g) fresh or frozen berries, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line an 8-inch baking pan
2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend just until combined.
4. Fold in the berries, if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7. Let the cake cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use a ripe banana for sweetness. Blend the cottage cheese thoroughly for a smoother texture. Protein powders absorb liquid differently, so the batter may vary slightly. Avoid overbaking to help keep the cake moist. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Nutrition values are estimates and vary by ingredients and protein powder
