These decadent Molten-Center Brownies feature crisp edges and a warm, gooey chocolate center. A rich, fudgy dessert perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
3. Whisk sugars and eggs until thick and pale, then add vanilla.
4. Stir melted chocolate into egg mixture.
5. Fold in flour and salt gently.
6. Bake 22–26 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
7. Cool 10–15 minutes and serve warm.
Notes
