Description
A naturally sweetened pear date yogurt cake that is soft, moist, and made with wholesome ingredients like dates, honey, and yogurt.
Ingredients
2 pears, diced
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp honey
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Soften and blend dates with honey.
2. Mix eggs and yogurt together.
3. Combine all ingredients and fold in pears.
4. Pour into pan and bake at 180ยฐC for 35โ40 minutes.
Notes
Use ripe pears for best flavor. Let cake cool before slicing. Store in fridge for freshness.
