Sugar-Free Mocha Latte Cinnamon Rolls are fluffy low-carb rolls with a rich espresso-cocoa swirl and creamy latte glaze. Perfect for brunch or cozy mornings.
Ingredients
¾ cup warm water
2¼ teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon allulose
1 large egg
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups vital wheat gluten
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup oat fiber
2 tablespoons powdered allulose
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup butter (filling)
2 tablespoons powdered allulose
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon espresso powder
½ cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon espresso powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Activate yeast with warm water and allulose.
2. Mix dough ingredients until smooth.
3. Rest dough 20 minutes.
4. Roll dough into rectangle.
5. Spread filling and roll tightly.
6. Slice and bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes.
7. Mix glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Espresso powder enhances flavor.
Best served warm.
