Ultra creamy mini burnt Basque cheesecakes with caramelized tops and silky centers. Bakery-style dessert made easy.
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin with parchment.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add sugar and eggs one by one.
4. Mix in cream and vanilla.
5. Add flour and salt.
6. Bake until deeply golden.
7. Cool before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled.
Top with berries or caramel sauce.
Flavor improves overnight.
