These Million Dollar Gooey Pecan Cups are rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Made with brown sugar and pecans, they’re an easy Southern-inspired dessert everyone loves.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whole pecans for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin pan.
2. Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, and salt in a bowl.
3. Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
4. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
5. Top with whole pecans if desired.
6. Bake 18–22 minutes until set but gooey.
7. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake—gooey centers are the goal.
These freeze beautifully for up to 2 months.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
