Description
Soft bakery-style snack loaf made with milk and cinnamon, perfect for coffee breaks.
Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup neutral oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
4. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet.
6. Pour into pan and bake 45–50 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
