Description

This Soft Maple Banana Yogurt Loaf is moist, tender, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup and ripe bananas. Perfect for cozy mornings.


Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup yogurt

1/3 cup oil

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.

2. Whisk bananas, eggs, maple syrup, sugar, yogurt, and oil until smooth.

3. Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined.

4. Pour batter into loaf pan.

5. Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

6. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas.

Do not overmix batter.
