Ingredients
½ cup (120 g) peanut butter
1.4 oz (40 g) sugar-free chocolate
5 tbsp (30 g) cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Melt the sugar-free chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts until smooth.
2. Stir in the peanut butter until creamy.
3. Gradually sift in cocoa powder until a thick dough forms.
4. Scoop and roll into small balls, then coat with cocoa powder.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Roll in crushed nuts, coconut, or freeze-dried berries for fun variations!
