Description
A soft and moist banana bread swirled with Lotus Biscoff spread and rich caramel cookie flavor.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas and mix wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Layer batter with Biscoff and swirl.
5. Bake for 50โ60 minutes.
6. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas. Warm Biscoff for easier swirling. Do not overmix batter.
