Super moist lemon cake made with cake mix and topped with a tangy glaze.
Ingredients
Scale
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 package lemon gelatin
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix all cake ingredients
3. Pour into pan
4. Bake 30-35 minutes
5. Cool slightly
6. Make glaze
7. Pour glaze over cake
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice
Glaze while warm
