Description

Soft, fresh lemon blueberry cottage cheese protein bites packed with protein and perfect for healthy snacking, post-workout fuel, or guilt-free sweet cravings.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup almond flour

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.

2. Mix in protein powder, almond flour, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

3. Gently fold in blueberries.

4. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.

5. Place on tray and refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm.

6. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh lemon zest for best flavor.

Do not overmix blueberries to avoid breaking them.

Store in fridge up to 5 days in airtight container.

You can freeze for up to 1 month.
