Description
Tender keto Twix cookies with a buttery almond flour base, sugar-free caramel, and rich chocolate topping.
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup powdered erythritol
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
2. Mix cookie base ingredients until dough forms.
3. Shape cookies and bake 10–12 minutes.
4. Cool completely.
5. Spread caramel over cookies and chill.
6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
7. Top cookies with chocolate and chill until set.
Notes
Chill between layers.
Use fine almond flour.
Best stored chilled.
