Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup keto sweetener
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
pecans
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Fold in pecans.
5. Bake 20โ25 minutes.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese for smooth texture.
Do not overbake.
Store in fridge.
