Soft banana cake made with honey and yogurt. Naturally sweet, moist, and easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
2 bananas
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mash bananas.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Bake 30โ35 minutes.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overmix.
Cool before slicing.
