Description

This Easy Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread is soft, fluffy, warmly spiced, and filled with juicy raisins for a cozy bakery-style loaf.


Ingredients

Scale

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup warm milk

2 1/4 tsp yeast

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

3 tbsp butter

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/3 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup raisins


Instructions

1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar until foamy.

2. Mix flour, egg, butter, salt, and yeast mixture.

3. Knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Let dough rise until doubled in size.

5. Roll dough and spread cinnamon sugar filling.

6. Sprinkle raisins evenly and roll into loaf shape.

7. Place in pan and let rise again.

8. Bake until golden brown and cooked through.

9. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Let dough rise fully for soft texture.
