These homemade chocolate peanut butter Reese’s eggs are a healthy version of the classic candy — simple, creamy, and completely irresistible!


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup protein powder or oat flour

⅛ tsp salt

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tsp coconut oil


Instructions

1. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth.

2. Shape into eggs and freeze for 15 minutes.

3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.

4. Dip each egg into chocolate and chill until set.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months. For vegan, use dairy-free chocolate.
