Ingredients

Scale

250g almond flour

200g unsalted butter, softened

100g powdered sugar

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

100g powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.

3. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

4. Mix in the almond flour and salt until a soft dough forms.

5. Roll into 1-inch balls and lightly flatten.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

7. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Coat again after cooling for an extra snowy finish.

Notes
