Description
Creamy healthy high-protein Reese’s cheesecake made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cream cheese, and finished with rich dark chocolate drizzle. Smooth, indulgent, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
Cheesecake filling:
2 cups Greek yogurt
8 oz light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional crust:
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Chocolate topping:
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

3. Line or grease an 8-inch springform pan

8. Bake for 8 minutes then cool slightly

10. In blender or bowl mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, protein powder, cornstarch, and vanilla until smooth
11. Pour filling into prepared pan

13. Bake for 40–50 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly
14. Turn oven off and let cheesecake cool slowly with oven door slightly open
15. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
