Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF

2. Blend cottage cheese, pumpkin, eggs, honey, vanilla

3. Add oats and spices

4. Pour into baking dish

5. Bake 30โ€“40 minutes

6. Cool before serving
