Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Blend cottage cheese, pumpkin, eggs, honey, vanilla
3. Add oats and spices
4. Pour into baking dish
5. Bake 30โ40 minutes
6. Cool before serving
