Description
Healthy baked oats that taste like a peanut butter cup with a soft, gooey chocolate center. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients except peanut butter.
2. Pour half batter into ramekin.
3. Add peanut butter in center.
4. Cover with remaining batter.
5. Bake 20โ25 minutes.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Use creamy peanut butter.
Serve warm for gooey center.
