Description
A rich, fudgy, melty chocolate protein mug cake brownie made in 2 minutes with 33g protein.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix yogurt, egg, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and add extra on top.
4. Microwave 60โ90 seconds.
5. Let it rest 20 seconds, then enjoy.

Do not overcook; remove when the center looks slightly soft.
