Ingredients

almond flour

Greek yogurt

honey

eggs

coconut oil

lemon juice

lemon zest

vanilla

baking powder

salt


Instructions

1. Mix wet ingredients.

2. Combine dry ingredients.

3. Mix into batter.

4. Bake 25โ€“30 minutes.

5. Add glaze and serve.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice.

Do not overbake.
