Healthy peanut butter brownie blondies made with Greek yogurt and oat flour.
Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Combine batter
5. Pour into pan
6. Bake 18-22 minutes
7. Add chocolate topping
8. Cool and slice

Do not overbake

Cool before slicing
