Description
These healthy date brownies are rich, fudgy, naturally sweetened with dates, and made without sugar, eggs, or dairy. A perfect healthy chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup soft dates pitted
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optional chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
1. Soak dates in hot water 5–10 minutes
2. Blend dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, oat flour, vanilla, baking soda, and salt
3. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts
4. Spread batter into lined baking pan
5. Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes
6. Cool completely before slicing

Use soft dates
Do not overbake
Store in fridge for fudgy texture
Freeze up to 2 months
Add flaky salt on top
