Description
Healthy cinnamon roll banana bread bars that are soft, moist, and topped with peanut butter glaze.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
2. Mash bananas
3. Mix with yogurt, peanut butter, and honey
4. Add dry ingredients
5. Pour into pan
6. Bake 20โ25 minutes
7. Make glaze
8. Drizzle and cool

Use ripe bananas
Do not overbake
Store in fridge
