Description
These fudgy Healthy Brownies are flourless, egg-free, and sweetened naturally for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (or 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish.
2. Mash bananas until smooth.
3. Mix in almond butter and maple syrup.
4. Add cocoa powder and stir until combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and bake 20–25 minutes.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months. Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
