Healthy banana oat bread that is soft, naturally sweet, and made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
2 bananas
1 cup oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all ingredients.
3. Pour into loaf pan.
4. Bake 35–40 minutes.
5. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Blend oats well.
Cool before slicing.
Store airtight.
