Description
Healthy banana chocolate protein bread with peanut butter ribbons and a soft, moist crumb.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1–2 tablespoons milk (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
2. Whisk bananas, yogurt, sweetener, egg, and vanilla.
3. Stir in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Thin peanut butter if needed and swirl into batter.
6. Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
Do not overbake protein bread.
Cool fully before slicing for clean cuts.
