Healthy Banana Brownie made with oats, cocoa and banana. Moist, easy and guilt free chocolate brownie.
Ingredients
Scale
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour batter into lined pan.
4. Bake 15–18 minutes.
5. Cool before cutting.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Add chocolate chips if desired.
Store in refrigerator.
