Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups green apples, peeled and diced
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Combine oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Stir in melted butter, cottage cheese, and vanilla extract until a crumbly dough forms.
4. Fold in diced green apples.
5. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
