Description
These healthy Greek yogurt peanut butter cookie dough cups feature a rich chocolate shell and a soft fudgy center. No-bake, naturally sweetened, and irresistibly creamy.
Ingredients
½ cup Greek yogurt
â…“ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp oat flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Coat muffin liners with melted chocolate and chill.
2. Mix cookie dough filling.
3. Prepare fudgy center.
4. Fill cups and add center.
5. Top with more chocolate.
6. Chill until set.
Notes
Use thick yogurt.
Freeze shells before filling.
Store chilled.
