Description
These healthy no-bake cookie dough squares are made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and cocoa for a rich chocolatey treat that tastes indulgent but is secretly nourishing.
Ingredients
½ cup Greek yogurt
â…“ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix all wet ingredients until smooth.
2. Stir in oat flour.
3. Press into lined pan.
4. Chill 1–2 hours.
5. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use thick yogurt.
Chill fully before slicing.
