Description
Moist and rich banana loaf swirled with chocolate and peanut butter, made with Greek yogurt for extra protein.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas and mix with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Whisk oat flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
5. Remove ½ cup batter, mix with cocoa powder.
6. Layer batters in pan, swirl gently.
7. Bake 45–55 minutes, cool before slicing.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best flavor.
Can be made into muffins—bake 18–20 minutes.
