Description

These healthy Greek yogurt herb muffins are soft, fluffy, savory, and packed with protein from creamy Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese. Perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or healthy snacking.


Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 large eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup milk

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 tbsp chopped dill


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a muffin pan.

2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, olive oil, and milk in a large bowl.

3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.

4. Fold in cheddar cheese, parsley, chives, and dill.

5. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.

6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.

7. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter.

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture.

Fresh herbs provide the best flavor.
