Description
Fudgy, protein-packed brownie squares made with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and a touch of cinnamon, finished with a luscious fudge drizzle.
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons melted chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, oat flour, and baking powder. Stir to combine.
4. Pour into pan, sprinkle cinnamon, and swirl.
5. Bake 18–22 minutes until set but fudgy.
6. Cool, drizzle with melted chocolate, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
Use almond butter or coconut yogurt for substitutions.
Don’t over-bake; they should stay fudgy!
Freeze before adding drizzle for best storage.
