These fudgy Greek Yogurt Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Bars are rich, chocolatey, and packed with wholesome ingredients—perfect for a healthier dessert or snack.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana (mashed)
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Mash banana in a large bowl.
3. Add peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
