Description
These Greek Yogurt Chocolate Banana Brownie Bites are fudgy, naturally sweetened, and topped with beautiful crackled tops. Made with oat flour and dark chocolate chips for a lighter chocolate treat.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
2. Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
3. Whisk in Greek yogurt, egg, and honey (or maple syrup) until creamy and combined.
4. Stir in cocoa powder and oat flour until just mixed.
5. Fold in dark chocolate chips evenly.
6. Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until tops are crackled and centers are set but fudgy.
8. Cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
Use very ripe banana for natural sweetness.
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
For extra crackle, whisk egg and sweetener well before adding dry ingredients.
Store refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
